Getting married in Indiana is sometime tricky with the weather.  In June, you might find yourself with a brilliantly bright day, sunlight streaming through trees, birds chirping, and a warmth making the day shine.  You also have a chance of Mother Nature’s unpredictable showers.  When I talked to Carleigh the week of their wedding, we talked about the relentless week of rain. We discussed the amazing indoor space that the Balmoral House has to offer for a rainy-day backup ceremony – but I knew her heart was really set their outdoor deck wedding overlooking the lush grounds.  Luck was with us, and the drizzle stopped just in time for their June nuptials!

Here’s a sneak peek of how Carleigh & Jordan’s beautiful Balmoral House wedding day came together with all their intricately planned details – and sunshine!

The Details

With shades of blues, white and touches of greenery, the wedding came together seamlessly. A mix of rounds & farmhouse tables accented by A Classic’s slate blue linens,  perfect coordinating chargers & all the little floral details created by Molly & Myrtle tied every detail together.

Navy blue suits are very popular right now, and I absolutely love them. They stand out more than the traditional black tux and look really great on the groomsmen! Jordan & his groomsman pulled off the perfect look tying in perfectly with the ladies’ periwinkle dresses. It was such a beautiful combination!

With all the nerves & excitement,  the most practiced wedding vows can become a blur after the ‘I do’.  For Carleigh & Jordan, they chose to document their precious words in a vow book. What a great way to look back at the book as a reminder of the love you and your partner share! Their vows were incredibly sweet and made for a priceless keepsake!
