Our Wedding Coordination package (sometimes referred to as "day of coordination or month of coordination") is for the couple who would prefer to manage most everything throughout their planning journey, but wants to be sure that the only thing they have to worry about on their wedding day is saying “I do!”.

To devote our full attention to our couples, we limit ourselves to one wedding per weekend. This service is typically for the couple doesn't know were to begin. Perhaps you have a grandiose idea and need some direction to make it happen or need some tips on bringing a vision to life. During your consultation, we can help you navigate the beginning of wedding planning and offer some helpful tips. From there you can decide if our services are a good fit for you.
More often than not, our couples choose to have a family member or friend officiate their wedding. We assist you & your officiant with etiquette tips, processional planning and are onsite for rehearsal. We can also provide resources for custom ceremony scripts.
We love working with venue coordinators on the wedding day! An on-site venue coordinator is great to have, however their main job is to oversee the wedding details that are directly related to the venue & their staff. We work for you. Yes! Our couples have access to our complimentary rentals. This includes easels, card boxes, signs, umbrellas, cake servers & knives, cake stands, frames, personal fans and more. We also always have our bride and groom emergency kits onsite for those little mishaps!

Yes! On wedding day, one or more of our coordinators be onsite alongside Lisa to bring your event to reality. Our coordinators, Makayla, Cindy, Emily and Ella are all a joy to celebrate with! Additionally, we always have a backup plan in case of an emergency or illness. We've got you covered!
We are a professional and licensed LLC business. We prioritize your safety and peace of mind by being fully insured. We understand the importance of serving and handling alcohol responsibly, which is why our head planner holds a valid liquor license. You can trust us to ensure a seamless and enjoyable celebration for you and your wedding party.
"Lisa was the absolute BEST! We hired her to be our day-of coordinator, but she was there every step of the way from the time we hired her all the way up to the wedding day. She was always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. I am a total control freak and Lisa is the only person I could have trusted to take charge and get things done! It was so nice for us and our families to be able to actually enjoy the day and not have to worry about all of the tiny details since she had it all covered! It was originally supposed to rain on our wedding day and she made us feel so comfortable about our backup plan, if we were to need it. She was watching the weather forecast as closely as we were, and when it changed for the better last minute, she texted to get us hyped! She also had extra decor that we were able to borrow (cake stand, easel) last minute. You can just tell she truly cares about you having the perfect wedding day. Couldn't imagine our day without her!
