On a warm May afternoon, Abby and Collin celebrated at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion in a palette of soft spring pinks, airy greens, and crisp whites—bringing an elegant garden feel to every detail.

Their love story began in the summer of 2017 as day camp counselors at Camp Tecumseh, and continued long-distance while they cheered from opposite sides of the Old Oaken Bucket (Purdue for him, IU for her). In a sweet nod to where it all started, they wove Camp Tecumseh memories into the reception with little “fun fact” moments that had guests smiling between courses.

This day was a wedding planner’s dream—an incredible family, the sweetest wedding party, and so many gorgeous moments to choose from, all beautifully captured by the talented Rebecca Shehorn Photography.

After taking advantage of the beautiful weather for offsite photos at the Village of WestClay, the wedding-party VIPs hopped aboard their trolley—courtesy of Aadvanced Limousines—and headed to Ritz Charles for the festivities to begin.

Inside the chapel, the couple exchanged their “I do’s” beneath a large hand-built wooden cross crafted by the family. Duet Florals layered soft pinks, whites, and fresh greens for an elegant spring-garden feel, with lush aisle-meadow arrangements lining the walkway. It was picture-perfect for lifelong vows and the beginning of their marriage.

After the ceremony, guests followed the garden path to the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion for an evening reception. Oversized marquee letters by Hoosier Glow created a playful focal point, while DEOC’s cocktail-hour instrumentals set a relaxed, celebratory mood. A palette of sage and blush pink lent a romantic, garden-chic feel, and—as always—the Ritz delivered exceptional service and delicious food. The night unfolded with sweet moments, heartfelt toasts, an unforgettable first dance, and plenty of celebrating beneath the Pavilion’s twinkle-lit canopy.
