The Ceremony

It’s a story that many couples fear – the rain on their wedding day. However, despite the unpredictable Indiana weather, they were blessed with a fortunate weather break that allowed their outdoor ceremony to take place without a drop of rain.

As we all know, rain on a wedding day can be quite disheartening. But Micaela and Kyle always had a great alternative rain plan in place, just in case. However, fate seemed to be on their side as the rain miraculously stopped just in time for their special moment. What a stroke of luck it was for the couple!

The cozy indoor space at The Bluffs at Connor Prairie created an enchanting space where guests could unwind and savor each other’s company. As guests entered the room, their eyes are immediately drawn to the magnificent mantle behind the head table. The fireplace cast a gentle glow providing warmth and an inviting ambience – perfect for this rainy October evening. Candles are strategically placed throughout the room, their soft flickering light adding to the intimate atmosphere. The beautiful large room with its high beam ceilings gave a sense of grandeur, while the windows all around offered breathtaking views.
