Hailee and Jacob’s chic wedding at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion was iconic. The couple wanted to keep everything sophisticated and modern with their elegant palette of black, white and gold. The bride wore white and the groom and wedding party donned in black. Contrast was key in creating visual interest for the day, and boy oh boy did this group look stunning.

The ladies spent the morning at the beautiful Hotel Carmichael in Carmel Indiana preparing for the day. Photographer Sarah Wilson with Wandering Heart was there to capture every moment.

Meanwhile, the men gathered in the Ritz Charles’ groom’s suite to prepare. Every detail was well thought out even down to Jacob’s custom suit created by The Kentucky Clothier.

The reception featured a mix of gold banquet tables and round black tables adorned with black candles placed amongst the breathtaking white florals designed by Custom Blooms. The sweetheart table was framed by whimsical baby breath floral pillars and a lush floral garland. As a final touch, Blu3 Designs created aesthetically pleasing stationery including the place cards featuring gold and white meal emblems. The overall feel created a magical and romantic setting for a perfect wedding at the Carmel, Indiana based venue.

As a final treat to guests, the couple hired Smoke Easy Mobile Cigar Bar for a late night experience. The couple took a moment to relax with a celebratory cigar (and a chic attire change for the bride with her awe-inspiring bridal suit).
