Purdue alum and now Chicago residents, Sam and Meghan, chose the most gorgeous Chicago venue to exchange their weddings. Their luxurious Chicago Illuminating Company wedding was bursting with elegant champagne, muted blush and neutral hues. The celebration took place under under a dreamy tent with soft draping and romantic lights. Utah based photographers Emily and Luke Yamada captured this dreamy black tie wedding and we’ve been glued to our screens ever since. The magical clear tent gave the appearance of a starry night and kept guests warm on a crisp fall night. The ambience was so magical! After morning preparations at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, the couple met at the Art Institute of Chicago for their first look. Not only were the South gardens the perfect secluded setting, but the ambience was gorgeous!

While guests were inside the main venue for cocktail hour, our amazing team flipped the space into a magical and romantic reception. The floral ceremony pergola was repurposed for a photogenic head table backdrop. Everything came together so seamlessly!
