Our Wedding Coordination package (sometimes referred to as "day of coordination or month of coordination") is for the couple who would prefer to manage most everything throughout their planning journey, but wants to be sure that the only thing they have to worry about on their wedding day is saying “I do!”. 

Our dates fill up over a year in advance, so be sure to reserve your date early. We will also work with you to find the best vendors for your style & budget to kick start your planning.

01. MY FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER IS PERFORMING THE CEREMONY. CAN YOU HELP WITH LOGISTICS?

More often than not, our couples choose to have a family member or friend officiate their wedding. We assist you & your officiant with etiquette tips, processional planning and are onsite for rehearsal.

02. MY VENUE HAS A SITE COORDINATOR. CAN I STILL BENEFIT FROM A WEDDING PLANNER?

We love working with venue coordinators on the wedding day! An on-site venue coordinator is great to have, however their main job is to oversee the wedding details that are directly related to the venue & their staff. We work for you. We know your wishes, every detail and overall vision because we've spent hours learning what's important to you.

05. DO YOU HAVE RENTAL ITEMS AVAILABLE?

Yes! Our couples have access to our complimentary rentals. This includes easels, card boxes, signs, umbrellas, cake servers & knives, cake stands, frames, personal fans and more.  Check out our gallery of complimentary rentals here. 

Do you have a team?

Yes!  On wedding day, one (or more) of our coordinators will be onsite alongside Lisa to bring your event to reality. Our coordinators, Makayla, Ella, Emily and Cindy, are all a joy to celebrate with! Additionally, we always have a backup plan in case of an emergency or illness. We've got you covered!
